As I shared in my most recent newsletter, I recently developed chest pain yet again. One incident was quite severe and left me unable to move for a very short time. That short time, which had to be less than a minute (I think), seemed to last forever.
Following that incident of daring to organize my chest freezer, I started having chest pains again, initially only outside the house. As there are constant launches of satellites/ dirigibles that are frying life as we know it, I generally don’t keep an eye on the launch schedules. (The actual launches typically are 12 hours prior to the fake public launches, and there is a purpose to the explosions- but those are topics that would have to be fleshed out further in another post or video).
Then, I began having chest pains inside the house. Awesome. That was enough for me, and I shared about that in my last newsletter.
About 24 hours after that email blast went out, I started having moderate chest pain. I used all of my tools. Nothing helped. Nothing.
I barely had a moment of relief for about 30 hours.

Now, let me be clear here. This is not medical information or advice. Consult your doctor/ nurse/ robot/ search engine, and ask the FDA what you should do. I am not you, and you are not me.
But in my vast, vast experience with Emergency Rooms, and in the opinion of some doctors/ medical professionals, the ER is the most dangerous place for me, as staff don’t understand environmental illnesses, latex allergy, or mast cell activation syndrome. I would argue that hospitals in general are dangerous for the populace at large, but I’ll move on from that brief digression. Again, I do speak from more experience than most in that regard.
Similarly, a 911 call would result in people showing up with multiple sources of radio frequencies, perfume, chemicals, and latex gloves. All of these things are well-established toxins, triggering mast cell degranulation events. Besides, they wouldn't know what to do with me either, and thus, there shall be no 911 call here!
The most dangerous thing I or my husband could do is to call on medical professionals for my care. The system had its chance, including "natural living experts." I’ve easily seen over 150 doctors in my time, almost all of whom failed me spectacularly. Even Mayo Clinic sent me home without answers, with the doctor shrugging his shoulders as to why I was forced to live in the stinking bathroom for months! (LATEX MATTRESSES ARE NOT SAFE.)
Side note: To be fair, the most amazing doctor we saw was disappeared. No joke. He was just…. Gone. You know what happens to whistleblowers…. And he absolutely bucked the Rockefeller status quo. Another doctor was on board for a while, until he suddenly wasn’t. That was quite a dramatic visit.
My point here is that my medical status truly is 100% in my hands, besides my darling husband of course, who reminds me to “take your stupid meds!” when I’ve devolved into a sudden, unexpected emotional puddle of anaphylaxis. I then take my stupid meds (which are not, in fact, pharmaceuticals), and then I’m fine.
But this time? Not so much.
You may or may not be aware of the concept of targeted individuals. If you are unaware of the term, I invite you to check out this lecture from James Giordano, PhD, an esteemed academic with a curriculum vitae that would rival the most accomplished scientists of history. In this specific lecture, he doesn’t address how the tools he discusses developing as part of DARPA, IEEE, EU initiatives, etc. are also used to cause a vast array of other issues in selected individuals, including cardiac issues. However, there is ample evidence from other sources, such as the plethora of citations found in Elana Freeland’s books.
As Freeland has stated, those who share the whole truth of this world with others do pay the price at some point, one way or another. But we do so willingly, because it’s the right thing to do. As I’ve recently been reading in Jeremiah, it’s like a fire in my bones. Even if decide to keep my mouth shut, and “play it safe,” I simply can’t!
My life is a testament to what can happen if you don’t question the “experts.”
Please heed my warning.
Help Heal the Heart Naturally!
As I’m recuperating from obvious cardiac damage, I’m essentially having to consider this a time period of healing after a surgery. Daggone it! So, if you also have heart issues or have a loved one who experiences heart issues, here’s what I’m doing, and what’s on my radar. Even if you don't, it might be a good idea to print this out, just in case.
Web 3.0 is fast approaching, and my information won't make the cut.
This is basically a brain dump here, as right now I’m spending my typical half of the day taking care of myself (to get to the next day) and otherwise doing the bare minimum to keep all parties here fed, the laundry done, etc.
This is not an exhaustive list, and there’s more in my stack of natural treatment books undoubtedly. This, however, is where I’m starting. Note that last June I suddenly stopped tolerating most of my herbs, and am only now starting to tolerate them again. You’ll find from this list that I continue to be a huge fan of food medicine.

- REST. I’m resting as much as I can, but still keeping up with basic cleaning/ cooking/ laundry. Sitting and doing nothing leads to muscle atrophy. Not good.
- Fasting- I haven’t been as good about this since I started on my protocol as it seems to be more challenging for some reason. But fasting is amazing, and I have kept up on at least intermittent fasting, though not my typically two consecutive days of fasting per week. I need to, though!
- Astragalus- This is an herb that is an adaptogen, which means that it helps with what needs help in the body. I stopped taking it for years, but I don’t remember why. So I’m going to start that up again, and it’s specifically supposed to help the heart. Honestly, I don’t know what brand I have here!
- The Not-So-Famous Tea- Remember that video from 3 years ago, “These Herbs Saved My Life?” I’m tolerating most of those ingredients, most days, again. There’s a reason why I drank that tea daily for years! (I only stopped because I stopped tolerating a lot of herbs last summer.)
- Hawthorn- Hawthorn berries are typically considered to be the best natural heart booster. Here’s how I make my own hawthorn acetum. It is remarkably easy! I’m also taking hawthorn in my tea when my body tells me I can tolerate it. The same goes for a number of other herbs here- I always test first, every day!
We have hawthorn growing here, and I have a love/hate relationship with it. It keeps me alive with free medicine, but also tears my skin to pieces if I get caught up with it. And boy, can I get caught up into a hawthorn bramble! So there’s that.
- Garlic- Garlic is tasty, and fermented garlic? WHOA. I think it might be one of my favorite ferments now. Good for the heart. I’m pondering making some garlic capsules in my capsule maker as I don’t really use garlic powder anymore. Growing garlic is incredibly easy, and the garlic scapes make great ferments too.
- Goldenseal- This is an herb with a wide variety of benefits. I think I have some in the back of my pantry. Also, I need to organize my pantry. And my kitchen. I need to finish deep cleaning the bathroom, and the rest of the house. I still haven’t finished building the desk, as I built it wonky (because I’m awesome). Also I need to….
Grr. It’s hard not to get frustrated at setbacks! But I must let this heal properly, and patiently.
- Ginger- Dave takes homemade ginger capsules daily as they help reduce inflammation, reduce pain, and prevent headaches. I make them from Frontier Organic ground ginger. Earthborn Elements is a really clean brand to purchase from though; I have done so many times.
- Turmeric- Same benefits as ginger. Again, I make our capsules from Frontier Organic turmeric, but we’ve bought Earthborn Elements turmeric capsules many times and they’re truly clean.
- Chili and cayenne pepper- Spicy! These can help naturally aid the heart as well. I forget the specific mechanisms as I’m tired. I have some of these powders in my pantry and I never use them, so I’ll probably make them into capsules and try ‘em out.
- Ginkgo biloba- Previously covered more in depth.
- Green tea- I forgot about this one. I don’t think I have any green tea around these days. At one point I did buy a type of green tea directly from Japan that is supposed to be superior, but I didn’t find it any better than any other green tea I’ve ever had. Green tea inhibits mast cell degranulation.
- Flaxseed- Have I mentioned how much I like Foods Alive lately? Truly, they are a breath of fresh air. While I wouldn’t recommend everything they offer, some of their goods would be ideal if you’re trying to gradually move your family to healthier options. Other items they sell, such as their flaxseed oil, is in my opinion the best out there. Flaxseed oil also is key in my smoothies (currently on hold since I apparently can’t access my chest freezer right now) and essential for treating nerve damage around these here parts.
NONTOXICHOMEORG gets you 20% off at Foods Alive, but you can also order it via Amazon.
Anyways, flax actually helps the heart as well, reducing inflammation and balancing out blood pressure. It’s reported to reduce cholesterol, but cholesterol isn’t what we’re told- like everything else!
- Rosemary- Rosemary extract powder is on my shelf, but I haven’t tried it yet. Rosemary is one of the herbs reported to help with EHS quite a bit, but I didn’t have that experience when I tried the regular spice. I thought I bought some NOW rosemary essential oil to try medicinally, but if I did, it’s under a pile somewhere. It’s one of the cheaper essential oils. (I use NOW myrrh essential oil daily for EHS but it’s pricey! Don’t buy that on Amazon- buy it directly from the company or you’ll end up receiving a blend instead.)
Natural Treatment for Heart Problems- Things That Are New to Me
The following are items I recently ordered and I will be trying in short order.
Tuning fork set- A new subscriber dumped her brain out to me in an email as what’s helping her suffer less in this toxic reality (I appreciate hearing what helps others, FYI), and she accidentally realized a specific tuning fork frequency helped her breathing. It makes sense. Years ago I looked into this sort of intervention and the people teaching how to use these for healing were not on my path.
And so, I’ll be relying on Holy Ghost to guide me with this tuning fork set that I hope is not junk. If they don’t help, I’ll return them. If they do, then I’ll keep them and share. That’s how I roll.
And finally, I ordered a few additional homeopathic remedies to try out:
Digitalis Purpura (I’m not so sure about this brand, but I didn’t see any from Boiron.)
Positive Wrap-Up/ Final Thoughts
Clearly, I am on yet another journey, but everything happens for a reason, and I trust my Creator with my whole being. He holds me. No one else. And thus, I don’t feel stress or pressure at having so much responsibility for my own medical care. I feel empowered (and the hubby helps with this as well).
Today I feel far more empowered and in control that I did when I was going to multiple doctor appointments a week and in unimaginable medical debt. This is in spite of actually have life-threatening issues, which I didn’t always have, and living in a far, far more toxic world than at that time. But today, I have peace in knowing that what I am intentionally placing around, on, and in my body is truly health-promoting rather than carcinogenic, hormone-disrupting junk. There is a locus of control in knowing that I am following my instruction manual in protecting the Temple.
All of that is to say, I need to give my body time to heal at its own pace, and hopefully get my heart back to where it was. I’m taking a month, at least, to heal, do taxes, fix the desk I built wonky (hehehe), deep clean, and before I know it, spring will be here in full force, with the intoxicating fragrance of the wildflowers that will inevitably surround our home.
If you’re new here, this post has a ton of links to previous articles and videos in it. Explore my content, and be sure to subscribe to the free newsletter. Just know…. I’m healing.
Hang in there. There is always a reason.
And, as I wrote in Poisoned, hope springs eternal.
